COVID-19 Payment Breaks
Customers with an existing COVID-19 Payment Break
For business customers who are at the end of their additional Payment Break, on this page you can apply for further COVID-19 support on your Business Credit Agreement(s)* with Bank of Ireland Finance.
Options at the end of your additional Payment Break:
Option 1 – Return to making payments on your Credit Agreement: You do not need any further assistance and you want to recommence your Credit Agreement payments as outlined in the ‘Modification Letter’ that we sent to you recently.
No action is required on your part if you have not cancelled your direct debit and payments will recommence on expiry of your Payment Break. However, if you have cancelled your direct debit, please contact us and we will assist you to put it back in place. Please contact 1890 66 44 66 if you require assistance.
It is important that there are adequate funds in your paying account on the date on which payments will recommence.
Option 2 – Further financial support is required:
You are concerned that you may experience longer term financial pressure and you would like to explore further supports to help you to repay your Credit Agreement.

*Please note that you may have financed your vehicle, asset or other equipment on a Business Hire Purchase or Business Lease agreement or you may have also financed your insurance premium on our Insurance Premium Finance agreement.
